These Terms govern your use of NestUp, a community service for parents, caregivers, and families to discover public places and events and arrange family activities.
You must not post abusive, unlawful, harassing, unsafe, hateful, fraudulent, spam, privacy-invasive, or otherwise objectionable content. Threats, bullying, impersonation, scams, sexual or exploitative content, and attempts to endanger a child or adult are prohibited.
You remain responsible for activities, profile information, messages, forum posts, and images you submit. Only share content you have the right to use. Do not publish another person’s private information or precise home location without permission.
Members can report content or accounts and block other members. NestUp may review content and reports, remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to address violations, protect safety, or comply with law. Reports do not automatically result in enforcement.
User-created activities are arranged by community members, not supervised by NestUp. Public events and places may come from municipalities or other providers. Verify important details with the organiser. A NestUp RSVP is not registration with an external organiser.
Provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. Parents and caregivers are responsible for decisions concerning children in their care.
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. NestUp does not display another member’s live device location; map pins represent activities, public events, and places.
